Sayyid al-Istighfar - The Master of Seeking Forgiveness

It means: O Allah, You are my Lord; there is no god but You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I hold to Your covenant and Your promise as best I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your favour upon me, and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for none forgives sins except You.

🕒 How many times & when: Once in the morning, with firm faith and full attention. The Prophet (peace be upon him) named this the master of istighfar: whoever says it in the morning with conviction and passes away that day before evening will enter Paradise.
