Salawat upon the Prophet ﷺ — الصلاة على النبي ﷺ

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

Transliteration: Allahumma salli ‘ala Muhammadin wa ‘ala ali Muhammad

Meaning: “O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad.”

“Whoever sends blessings upon me once, Allah blesses him ten times.” And on Friday, the best of days, he ﷺ urged abundant salawat, for “your blessings are presented to me.” One salawat also erases ten sins and raises the sender ten degrees; and the person closest to the Prophet ﷺ on the Day of Judgement will be the one who sent the most salawat upon him.
