باب مَا يُذْكَرُ فِي بَيْعِ الطَّعَامِ وَالْحُكْرَةِ
Sahih al-Bukhari 2133
Narrated Ibn `Umar:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “He who buys foodstuff should not sell it till he has received it.”
حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ يَقُولُ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ” مَنِ ابْتَاعَ طَعَامًا فَلاَ يَبِعْهُ حَتَّى يَقْبِضَهُ ”.
