1Al-Jizya taken from the Dhimmiباب الْجِزْيَةِ وَالْمُوَادَعَةِ مَعَ أَهْلِ الْحَرْبِ2Truce with the king of a countryباب إِذَا وَادَعَ الإِمَامُ مَلِكَ الْقَرْيَةِ هَلْ يَكُونُ ذَلِكَ لِبَقِيَّتِهِمْ3The advice to take care of non-Muslims who have a covenant of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) sawsبَابُ الْوَصَايَا بِأَهْلِ ذِمَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ4To whom should the Fai and the Jizya be distributed?بَابُ مَا أَقْطَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ، وَمَا وَعَدَ مِنْ مَالِ الْبَحْرَيْنِ وَالْجِزْيَةِ، وَلِمَنْ يُقْسَمُ الْفَيْءُ وَالْجِزْيَةُ؟5The sin of one who kills an innocent person having a treaty with the Muslimsباب إِثْمِ مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهَدًا بِغَيْرِ جُرْمٍ6The expelling of the Jews from the Arabian Peninsulaباب إِخْرَاجِ الْيَهُودِ مِنْ جَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ7If Al-Mushrikun prove tracherous to the Muslims, may they be forgiven?باب إِذَا غَدَرَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ بِالْمُسْلِمِينَ هَلْ يُعْفَى عَنْهُمْ8The invocation of the Imam against those who break their covenant (with the Muslims)باب دُعَاءِ الإِمَامِ عَلَى مَنْ نَكَثَ عَهْدًا9The offering of shelter and peace by womenباب أَمَانِ النِّسَاءِ وَجِوَارِهِنَّ10The asylum and protection granted by the Muslims should be respected and observedباب ذِمَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَجِوَارُهُمْ وَاحِدَةٌ يَسْعَى بِهَا أَدْنَاهُمْ12Making peace with Al-Mushrikun and the reconciliation with themبَابُ الْمُوَادَعَةِ وَالْمُصَالَحَةِ مَعَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ بِالْمَالِ وَغَيْرِهِ، وَإِثْمِ مَنْ لَمْ يَفِ بِالْعَهْدِ13The superiority of fulfilling one's covenantباب فَضْلِ الْوَفَاءِ بِالْعَهْدِ14If a Dhimmi practises magic, can he be excused?باب هَلْ يُعْفَى عَنِ الذِّمِّيِّ إِذَا سَحَرَ15Caution against treacheryبَابُ مَا يُحْذَرُ مِنَ الْغَدْرِ16How to revoke a covenantبَابُ كَيْفَ يُنْبَذُ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْعَهْدِ17The sin of a person who makes a covenant and then proves treacherousبَابُ إِثْمِ مَنْ عَاهَدَ ثُمَّ غَدَرَ18Chapter 18باب19It is permissible to conclude a peace treaty of three days or any other fixed periodباب الْمُصَالَحَةِ عَلَى ثَلاَثَةِ أَيَّامٍ، أَوْ وَقْتٍ مَعْلُومٍ21The throwing of the dead bodies of Al-Mushrikunباب طَرْحِ جِيَفِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فِي الْبِئْرِ وَلاَ يُؤْخَذُ لَهُمْ ثَمَنٌ22The sin of a betrayerباب إِثْمِ الْغَادِرِ لِلْبَرِّ وَالْفَاجِرِ
