1Whoever buys a thing on creditباب مَنِ اشْتَرَى بِالدَّيْنِ وَلَيْسَ عِنْدَهُ ثَمَنُهُ، أَوْ لَيْسَ بِحَضْرَتِهِ2Borrowing money from peopleباب مَنْ أَخَذَ أَمْوَالَ النَّاسِ يُرِيدُ أَدَاءَهَا أَوْ إِتْلاَفَهَا3Repayment of debtsباب أَدَاءِ الدُّيُونِ4To buy camels on creditباب اسْتِقْرَاضِ الإِبِلِ5Demanding debts handsomelyباب حُسْنِ التَّقَاضِي6Can one give an older (camel) than that he owes?باب هَلْ يُعْطَى أَكْبَرَ مِنْ سِنِّهِ7Repaying debts handsomelyباب حُسْنِ الْقَضَاءِ8If somebody repays less than what he owesباب إِذَا قَضَى دُونَ حَقِّهِ أَوْ حَلَّلَهُ فَهْوَ جَائِزٌ9To settle one's accounts by repayingباب إِذَا قَاصَّ أَوْ جَازَفَهُ فِي الدَّيْنِ تَمْرًا بِتَمْرٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ10To seek refuge with Allah from being in debtباب مَنِ اسْتَعَاذَ مِنَ الدَّيْنِ11The funeral Salat (prayer) for a dead person in debtباب الصَّلاَةِ عَلَى مَنْ تَرَكَ دَيْنًا12Procrastination (delay) in repaying debts by a wealthy person is injusticeباب مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ13The owner of the right has the permission to demand his rightباب لِصَاحِبِ الْحَقِّ مَقَالٌ14If somebody lends something and the possessor gets bankruptباب إِذَا وَجَدَ مَالَهُ عِنْدَ مُفْلِسٍ فِي الْبَيْعِ وَالْقَرْضِ وَالْوَدِيعَةِ فَهْوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ16The property of a bankruptباب مَنْ بَاعَ مَالَ الْمُفْلِسِ أَوِ الْمُعْدِمِ فَقَسَمَهُ بَيْنَ الْغُرَمَاءِ، أَوْ أَعْطَاهُ حَتَّى يُنْفِقَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ17To lend money or sell on credit for a fixed timeباب إِذَا أَقْرَضَهُ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى أَوْ أَجَّلَهُ فِي الْبَيْعِ18Intercession for the reduction of debtsباب الشَّفَاعَةِ فِي وَضْعِ الدَّيْنِ19Wasting moneyباب مَا يُنْهَى عَنْ إِضَاعَةِ الْمَالِ20A slave is a guardian of the property of his masterباب الْعَبْدُ رَاعٍ فِي مَالِ سَيِّدِهِ وَلاَ يَعْمَلُ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ
