Is the Leftover Water of Halal Animals Pure?
The first: pure and purifying (ṭāhir muṭahhir) — it is what a human being, a horse, or any animal whose meat is lawful to eat has drunk from.
Ruling (Ḥukm): The left-over of any ḥalāl (edible) animal — goats, cattle, camels, and similar animals — as well as the horse, is ṭāhir muṭahhir, of the same first category as human left-over water. It may be used freely for wuḍūʾ and ghusl with no karahah, since their saliva derives from flesh that is lawful to eat and therefore pure.
