Not overburdening animals used for labor
The Prophet (SAW) passed by an exhausted camel and said: "Fear Allah regarding these animals who cannot speak. Ride them when they are fit and let them rest when they are tired."

Explanation
Animals used for work are given a right to reasonable rest, not endless exertion.
