Al-Mu’awwidhatayn — Surah Al-Falaq (113) and Surah An-Nas (114) — المعوذتان — الفلق والناس

The best refuge. The Prophet ﷺ called them the two best surahs ever recited, and the best words with which a person seeks refuge with Allah. Every night he ﷺ would recite Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq and An-Nas, blow into his cupped hands and wipe them over his body; and he commanded that al-Mu’awwidhatayn be recited after every prayer. Of them he also said: “What wonderful verses have been sent down tonight — the like of which has never been seen.”
