Dua When It Rains Heavily
اللَّهُمَّ حَوَالَيْنَا وَلاَ عَلَيْنَا، اللَّهُمَّ عَلَى الآكَامِ وَالظِّرَابِ وَبُطُونِ الأَوْدِيَةِ وَمَنَابِتِ الشَّجَرِ "
Allāhumma ḥawālaynā wa lā ʿalaynā, Allāhumma ʿalal-ākāmi waẓ-ẓirābi wa buṭūnil-awdiyati wa manābitish-shajar.
It means: “O Allah, let the rain fall around us and not upon us. O Allah, let it fall upon the hills, the mountains, the valleys, and the places where trees grow.”
🕒 When to say it: Say it if the rain becomes very heavy and you worry about flooding.
