Dua Seeing the New Moon
اللَّهُمَّ أَهْلِلْهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْيُمْنِ وَالإِيمَانِ وَالسَّلاَمَةِ وَالإِسْلاَمِ رَبِّي وَرَبُّكَ اللَّهُ
Allāhumma ahlilhu ʿalaynā bil-yumni wal-īmāni was-salāmati wal-islām, rabbī wa rabbukallāh.
It means: “O Allah, bring it upon us with blessing, faith, safety, and Islam. My Lord and your Lord is Allah.”
🕒 When to say it: Say it when you first spot the thin crescent moon at the start of a new month.
