باب فِي عُهْدَةِ الرَّقِيقِ
Sunan Abi Dawud 3506
Narrated Uqbah ibn Amir:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: The contractual obligation of a slave is three days.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ” عُهْدَةُ الرَّقِيقِ ثَلاَثَةُ أَيَّامٍ ” .
