Chapter 33 The virtue of sharing a small amount of food, and the food of two is sufficient for three, and so on.
باب فَضِيلَةِ الْمُوَاسَاةِ فِي الطَّعَامِ الْقَلِيلِ وَأَنَّ طَعَامَ الاِثْنَيْنِ يَكْفِي الثَّلاَثَةَ وَنَحْوِ ذَلِكَ

A hadith like this is reported on the authority of Jabir but with a different chain of transmitters.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا
عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . بِمِثْلِ
حَدِيثِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ .
