Chapter 3 Al-Wala' (Right of inheritance) belongs to the one who manumits the slave
باب إِنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
Sahih Muslim 1504 i
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Shu’ba with the same chain of transmitters.
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ النَّوْفَلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ .
