Chapter 27 A Junub person should perform ablution before sleeping
باب الْجُنُبِ يَتَوَضَّأُ ثُمَّ يَنَامُ
Sahih al-Bukhari 289
Narrated `Abdullah:
`Umar asked the Prophet (ﷺ) “Can anyone of us sleep while he is Junub?” He replied, “Yes, if he performs
ablution.”
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ اسْتَفْتَى عُمَرُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَيَنَامُ أَحَدُنَا وَهْوَ جُنُبٌ قَالَ ” نَعَمْ، إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ ”.
