1“I have been sent with Jawami Kalim’باب قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " بُعِثْتُ بِجَوَامِعِ الْكَلِمِ ".2Following the Sunna of the Prophet (ﷺ)باب الاِقْتِدَاءِ بِسُنَنِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم3Asking too many questions and troubling with what does not concern oneباب مَا يُكْرَهُ مِنْ كَثْرَةِ السُّؤَالِ وَتَكَلُّفِ مَا لاَ يَعْنِيهِ5Going deeply into and arguing about knowledge, and exaggerating in religion, and inventing heresiesباب مَا يُكْرَهُ مِنَ التَّعَمُّقِ وَالتَّنَازُعِ فِي الْعِلْمِ وَالْغُلُوِّ فِي الدِّينِ وَالْبِدَعِ7Judging made on the basis of opinion or Qiyasباب مَا يُذْكَرُ مِنْ ذَمِّ الرَّأْىِ وَتَكَلُّفِ الْقِيَاسِ10“A group of my followers will remain victorious in their struggle in the cause of the Truth.”بَابُ قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لاَ تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ يُقَاتِلُونَ». وَهُمْ أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ11“…or to cover you with confusion in party strife…”باب قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى {أَوْ يَلْبِسَكُمْ شِيَعًا}12Comparing an ambiguous situation to a clear well-defined oneبَابُ مَنْ شَبَّهَ أَصْلاً مَعْلُومًا بِأَصْلٍ مُبَيَّنٍ قَدْ بَيَّنَ اللَّهُ حُكْمَهُمَا، لِيُفْهِمَ السَّائِلَ13Exerting oneself to find out the proper legal verdict which is in harmony with what Allah has revealedبَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي اجْتِهَادِ الْقُضَاةِ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى14“Certainly you will follow the ways of those who were before you.”باب قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَتَتْبَعُنَّ سَنَنَ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ "15The sin of the person who invites others to an evil deed or establishes a bad traditionباب إِثْمِ مَنْ دَعَا إِلَى ضَلاَلَةٍ أَوْ سَنَّ سُنَّةً سَيِّئَةً16The religious learned men should not differباب مَا ذَكَرَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَحَضَّ عَلَى اتِّفَاقِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ17“Not for you is the decision…”بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنَ الأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ}18“…But, man is ever more quarrelsome than anything.”بَابُ قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {وَكَانَ الإِنْسَانُ أَكْثَرَ شَيْءٍ جَدَلاً}19“Thus We have made you a just nation…”بَابُ قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَاكُمْ أُمَّةً وَسَطًا}20A verdict based on opinion proves to be wrong then the verdict will be rejectedباب إِذَا اجْتَهَدَ الْعَامِلُ أَوِ الْحَاكِمُ فَأَخْطَأَ خِلاَفَ الرَّسُولِ مِنْ غَيْرِ عِلْمٍ، فَحُكْمُهُ مَرْدُودٌ21The reward for giving a verdict according to the best of knowledgeباب أَجْرِ الْحَاكِمِ إِذَا اجْتَهَدَ فَأَصَابَ أَوْ أَخْطَأَ22Some Companions did not witness certain deeds or did hear certain saying of the Prophet (ﷺ)بَابُ الْحُجَّةِ عَلَى مَنْ قَالَ إِنَّ أَحْكَامَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَتْ ظَاهِرَةً24The laws inferred from certain evidences; and the meaning of an evidenceباب الأَحْكَامِ الَّتِي تُعْرَفُ بِالدَّلاَئِلِ، وَكَيْفَ مَعْنَى الدِّلاَلَةِ وَتَفْسِيرِهَا25“Do not ask the people of the Scripture about anything.”باب قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَسْأَلُوا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ عَنْ شَىْءٍ "26It is disliked to differباب كَرَاهِيَةِ الْخِلاَفِ27Something forbidden by the Prophet (ﷺ) is legally prohibitedبَابُ نَهْيِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى التَّحْرِيمِ إِلاَّ مَا تُعْرَفُ إِبَاحَتُهُ0 باب 4To follow the actions of the Prophet (saws)باب الاِقْتِدَاءِ بِأَفْعَالِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم 6The sin of giving refuge or helping a person innovating an heresyباب إِثْمِ مَنْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا 8“…(Judge between men) by that which Allah has shown you…”باب مَا كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُسْأَلُ مِمَّا لَمْ يُنْزَلْ عَلَيْهِ الْوَحْىُ فَيَقُولُ: «لاَ أَدْرِي»9The way the Prophet (saws) taught his followersباب تَعْلِيمِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أُمَّتَهُ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ، مِمَّا عَلَّمَهُ اللَّهُ، لَيْسَ بِرَأْيٍ وَلاَ تَمْثِيلٍ23If the Prophet (saws) did not disapprove of somethingباب مَنْ رَأَى تَرْكَ النَّكِيرِ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم حُجَّةً لاَ مِنْ غَيْرِ الرَّسُولِ 28“…And who (conduct) their affair by mutual consultation…”بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {وَأَمْرُهُمْ شُورَى بَيْنَهُمْ}
