1The sin of the person who ascribes partners in worship to Allahباب إِثْمِ مَنْ أَشْرَكَ بِاللَّهِ وَعُقُوبَتِهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ2Al-Murtad and Al-Murtaddahباب حُكْمِ الْمُرْتَدِّ وَالْمُرْتَدَّةِ3Killing those who refuse to fulfil the duties enjoined by Allah, and considering them as apostatesباب قَتْلِ مَنْ أَبَى قَبُولَ الْفَرَائِضِ وَمَا نُسِبُوا إِلَى الرِّدَّةِ4If somebody else abuses the Prophet (ﷺ)باب إِذَا عَرَّضَ الذِّمِّيُّ وَغَيْرُهُ بِسَبِّ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَلَمْ يُصَرِّحْ نَحْوَ قَوْلِهِ السَّامُ عَلَيْكَ5CHAPTERباب6Killing Al-Khawarij and Al-Mulhidunباب قَتْلِ الْخَوَارِجِ وَالْمُلْحِدِينَ بَعْدَ إِقَامَةِ الْحُجَّةِ عَلَيْهِمْ7Whoever gave up fighting against Al-Khawarij in order to create intimacyباب مَنْ تَرَكَ قِتَالَ الْخَوَارِجِ لِلتَّأَلُّفِ، وَأَنْ لاَ يَنْفِرَ النَّاسُ عَنْهُ8“The Hour will not be established till two groups fight against each other, their claim being one and the same.”باب قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم "اَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يَقْتَتِلَ فِئَتَانِ دَعْوَتُهُمَا وَاحِدَةٌ"9Al-Muta’awwalinباب مَا جَاءَ فِي الْمُتَأَوِّلِينَ
