1The superiority of providing for one's familyباب فَضْلِ النَّفَقَةِ عَلَى الأَهْلِ2It is obligatory to spend for one's wife and household.باب وُجُوبِ النَّفَقَةِ عَلَى الأَهْلِ وَالْعِيَالِ3To provide one's family with food sufficient for one year in advanceباب حَبْسِ نَفَقَةِ الرَّجُلِ قُوتَ سَنَةٍ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ، وَكَيْفَ نَفَقَاتُ الْعِيَالِ4The expenditure of a woman and her child, whose husband is away from herباب نَفَقَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ إِذَا غَابَ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَنَفَقَةِ الْوَلَدِ6The working of a lady in her husband's house.باب عَمَلِ الْمَرْأَةِ فِي بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا7A servant for one's wifeباب خَادِمِ الْمَرْأَةِ8A man's serving his family.باب خِدْمَةِ الرَّجُلِ فِي أَهْلِهِ9If a man does not provide for his familyباب إِذَا لَمْ يُنْفِقِ الرَّجُلُ فَلِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ تَأْخُذَ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمِهِ مَا يَكْفِيهَا وَوَلَدَهَا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ10A woman should take care of the wealth of her husband.باب حِفْظِ الْمَرْأَةِ زَوْجَهَا فِي ذَاتِ يَدِهِ وَالنَّفَقَةِ11Providing one's wife with clothes reasonablyباب كِسْوَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ12A lady should help her husband in looking after his childrenباب عَوْنِ الْمَرْأَةِ زَوْجَهَا فِي وَلَدِهِ13The expenditure of a poor man on his familyباب نَفَقَةِ الْمُعْسِرِ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ14"And on the heir is incumbent the like of that..."باب {وَعَلَى الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ} ، وَهَلْ عَلَى الْمَرْأَةِ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ؟15"If one dies leaving debts to be repaid or dependents to be taken care of, it is for me."باب قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ تَرَكَ كَلاًّ أَوْ ضَيَاعًا فَإِلَىَّ ".16Freed female slaves or any other women can be wet nurses.باب الْمَرَاضِعِ مِنَ الْمَوَالِيَاتِ وَغَيْرِهِنَّ
