عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ
Al-Ma'arij — Ayah 41

to bring those better than them in their place, and We are not to be frustrated.
