وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَـٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ
Al-Anbya — Ayah 95

It is banned for (the people of) a town that We destroyed that they come back
