Book 5: Musnad 'Ali Ibn Abi Talib
It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said: I was a man who emitted a great deal of madhi and the daughter of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was married to me, so I told a man to ask him [about that] and he said: `Do wudoo’ and wash it off.”
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ بْنِ قُدَامَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ الْأَسَدِيِّ، وَابْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ، أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو حَصِينٍ الْأَسَدِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كُنْتُ رَجُلًا مَذَّاءً وَكَانَتْ تَحْتِي ابْنَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَمَرْتُ رَجُلًا فَسَأَلَهُ فَقَالَ تَوَضَّأْ وَاغْسِلْهُ.
