What to Do When You See a Bad Dream
أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ شَرِّهَا
A'udhu billahi min sharriha.
It means: I seek refuge in Allah from its evil. The Prophet ﷺ taught: a good dream is from Allah and a bad dream is from the Shaytan — so whoever sees a dream he dislikes should blow lightly to his left three times and seek refuge in Allah from its evil; then it will not harm him.
