Dua When Visiting the Graves
السَّلَامُ عَلَىٰ أَهْلِ الدِّيَارِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُسْلِمِينَ، وَإِنَّا إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ بِكُمْ لَلَاحِقُونَ، أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ لَنَا وَلَكُمُ الْعَافِيَةَ
As-salamu 'ala ahlid-diyaari minal-mu'mineena wal-muslimeen, wa inna in shaa Allahu bikum la-laahiqoon, as'alullaha lana wa lakumul-'aafiyah
It means: Peace be upon the people of these homes among the believers and Muslims. And we, Allah willing, will surely join you. I ask Allah for well-being for us and for you.
🕒 When to say it: Greet the people of the graves with it whenever you visit the graveyard.
