Dua When Seeing Someone in Difficulty
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي عَافَانِي مِمَّا ابْتَلَاكَ بِهِ، وَفَضَّلَنِي عَلَىٰ كَثِيرٍ مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ تَفْضِيلًا
Alhamdu lillahil-lathee 'aafaanee mimmab-talaaka bih, wa faddalanee 'ala katheerin mimman khalaqa tafdeela
It means: All praise is for Allah, who has kept me safe from what He has tested you with, and has favoured me greatly over many of His creation.
🕒 When to say it: Say it quietly in your heart (not aloud in front of the person) when you see someone ill, poor or in hardship — you will be protected from that trial.
